Is there any minimum number OP to have a vote? Or are there any other requirements to have a vote? I have to be a citizen to have a vote?

GM @Ethplorer.eth, there is not a minimum amount of OP to vote on proposals and become a delegate. Citizen is something different. You can find more information about it, here:

Thank you @brichis !
Through your links I found this list of delegates and citizens

Am I right that they have votinnng power proportional to a number of OP delegated to them?
I found a lot of dfelegates with 0 tokens.
Do they have voting power?

How these delagates became the delegates? And how any(?) person can become one?

Sorry for my questions. I am as newbie here.
Everything is so interesting and exciting!ā€¦

GM! No, the Token House operates on a plutocratic system, meaning your voting power is equal to the amount of OP delegated to you. This can be through self-delegation or being delegated by others.

I recommend checking out this link: What is the Optimism Collective? | Optimism Docs. Here, you can learn more about the differences between the Token House and the Citizenā€™s House.

Being a Citizen differs from being a delegate. You can learn more about what it means to be a Citizen here: Citizenship | Optimism Docs.

Regarding how delegates become delegates and how any person can become one, you can find more information here: How to be a delegate | Optimism Docs.

Donā€™t apologize for your questions. Itā€™s great to see new enthusiasts eager to learn more about Optimism Governance. :wink: I recommend you join the next Joint House Community Call on Tuesday, 26th. You can find the link in the Governance Calendar: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/r?cid=Y180aHVpNzBpdG0wODllN3Q4cTUwaGVoMWtub0Bncm91cC5jYWxlbmRhci5nb29nbGUuY29t

LFG staying Optimistic always!

Iā€™m new to OP governance and have a question. How does the Collective plan to measure the ā€œdecentralizationā€ of the Foundationā€™s role? Will there be established milestones or criteria to assess when it is time to reduce the Foundationā€™s control?

Check this out ser;
