This project seemed interesting to me, but getting acquainted with its principles and foundations, I had big doubts about its honesty and viability.
In my opinion, this is a very bad declaration that does not declare anything, it is more like wandering in the clouds.
Its provisions are more like populist statements without any justification and proper explanations.
Principles, statements are not substantiated, even general mechanisms are not defined.
It is not clear what the purpose(goal) of the community is.
Who are citizens? What is the point of becoming a citizen or member of this community, for what purpose, for what benefits? What are the mutual rights and obligations of citizens, boards, members of the community?
How will the community generate social value, benefit, how to make a profit?
Much attention is paid to the concept of āmanagementā and its experimental character. What is meant by the term āmanagementā. What is being managed? For what purpose, to achieve what social result? What is the form of this control?
What is the difference between the proposed ādecentralizedā governance and the already existing forms inherent in democratic societies (elections, referendums, etc.) (With digital technologies, both elections and referendums can be held quickly and cheaply. This does not require a new social system)
What are the mechanisms to overcome plutocracy? What is the difference from existing in the real world.
impact=profit is a great idea that people of different eras have throughout history. How will this principle be achieved, with the help of what actions? How will the contribution of the participants, its value be evaluated?
What reasons, circumstances led to the impossibility of its introduction into the real world for thousands of years? How can we avoid these circumstances and overcome them?
These are just the first thoughts that came to my mind. I would like to know the views of the board, the community on this matter.

I have some ideas but I personally prefer to debate yours if you have answers. TBH I think they just set the starting point and now we have to vote on these things you ask, and we have to decide how we want them to focus on impact=profit.
