I know it has been a while since this post was created, but I have read the initial proposal and I would like to share some recommendations for the future that I believe may be important to generate a healthy and prosperous collective based on blockchain, where all members feel valued. , respected and motivated to contribute to the success of the project.

+Transparency and Open Communication: Promote transparency and open communication within the group. Provides clear information about the collective’s goals, decisions and policies, and promotes an environment where all members feel free to express their opinions and concerns.

+Participatory Governance: Implement participatory governance mechanisms that allow all members of the collective to participate in making important decisions. This may include democratic voting on proposed changes to the protocol, distribution of funds or any other aspect relevant to the operation of the collective.

+Inclusivity and Diversity: Encourage inclusivity and diversity within the collective, ensuring there is space for people of different backgrounds, abilities and perspectives. This can help generate a richer and more creative environment, and avoid the formation of exclusive groups.

+Aligned incentives: Design incentive systems that are aligned with the objectives and values of the group. This may include fair distribution of rewards based on contribution to the project, as well as implementing verification and reputation mechanisms to ensure the integrity and honesty of participants.

+Education and Training: Provide education and training opportunities for all members of the collective, especially those who are new to the blockchain space. This can help increase member understanding and participation, as well as strengthen the community as a whole.

From the educational movement Space4Build (previously Ethereum Latam Day) we promote these ideas in all the communities where we collaborate. I hope it can be useful if you want to contribute in this optimistic collective or perhaps for future implementations. Let’s keep building =)
