Hey @GFXlabs, thanks for your comment. As mentioned in my post and by @kelvin, we performed a full Failure Mode Analysis for all the changes mentioned in Holocene.
This was done by all implementation teams and we shared all our findings publicly, which is the process that should follow according to the Audits framework.
I do believe that we are actively revisiting this framework and that we will probably make certain updates to it in 2025.
