this year instead of growing the number of Citizens, we have invited Guest Voters to participate in Retro Funding Rounds 5 and 6 (see forum post here for Round 5 and here for Round 6).
In past rounds, the Citizen set was grown through the ‘Web of Trust’ method. Instead of continuing this, we decided to test two new methods of selection to gather data and compare these to the Web of Trust method.
