Hello Optimism Community!
We are working on accomplishing Foundation’s Mission Request to find Concentration of Power within Optimism Collective.
In order to complete this mission successfully, we need your expertise in defining the Influence of each House,Council & Committee(HCC) on the overall Collective.
We have prepared a frontend to collect your observations & thoughts on this using HCC Influence Analyzer.
What is the HCC Influence Analyzer?
The HCC Influence Analyzer evaluates the influence of HCCs based on six key parameters:
Decision Making Authority: Power to make binding decisions.
Scope of Influence: Breadth of impact within the ecosystem, perhaps the ability to splurge or tighten the tokens from treasury.
Community Engagement: Interaction and engagement with the community which can influence individuals towards their favour.
Operational Independence: Autonomy in operations.
Voting Power: Extent of voting authority such that there is no veto over the decision.
Veto Power: Ability to veto decisions of other HCCs.
We encourage all community members to actively participate in this initiative! Use the HCC Influence Analyzer to assign weights and scores, and calculate the influence of different HCC entities. Your input will help us identify the concentration of power within the Optimism Collective and ensure a more informed influence for our calculation.
