As you can see the price of $OP token is in a state of decline and does not respond to market conditions.Despite the successful growth of Ethereum ecosystem the price of token $OP is not responding.
In my personal opinion a successful marketmaker should respond to market fluctuations and maintain the token price properly. Wintermute, on the other hand, is known for being an unscrupulous marketmaker, and as we can see, he does not perform basic token support.
Every time the price of a token $OP tries to rise, Wintermute begins to drain $OP in large volumes in favor of ETH. You can notice this if you open the Wintermute public wallet and analyze the last 3 months.
I believe that WinterMute is not suitable for the role of a marketmaker and it should be urgently replaced with a more competent one before it leads to the devaluation of grants and the decline of the entire ecosystem.
I don’t understand at all how we could allow Wintermute to be Optimistim, especially after the well-known hack? What are we thinking of gentlemen?

But the price reaction is indeed an issue, I saw a feedback from GFXlAB earlier that OP is, for the most part, indistinguishable from memecoin, which I think is worth reflecting on

Take a look at it for yourself. The pools on uniswap are already almost empty. In the ratio of 80/20 OP/ETH. They should be at least 50/50. Perhaps Wintermute is fighting off losses of 20 million OP with these actions.

Gentlemen, and that’s just in one hour. Imagine how much they have destroyed in the past 3 months. Why are we not responding to this? Considering Wintermute’s reputation. For comparison, you can select the $ARB token in their wallet and see if they do so.

That’s what we had to prove, gentlemen. Look at $OP token and look at the Wintermute wallet. They just erased all the growth that had been there all day with their actions. This is the most SCAM market maker a project can have. Why isn’t Foundation doing anything about it?
