No: OP Enterprise revenues will flow to the Optimism Foundation. These OP Enterprise revenues will not be used as part of the recently approved buyback program, since the program was scoped to Superchain revenue share specifically. However, using OP Enterprise revenues for buybacks will be explored as part of upcoming work around restructuring the Collective’s legal entities mentioned in the Season 9 blog post.
