_Cycle 20 began on Thursday (March 7th) at 19:00 GMT and runs until Wednesday (March 27th) at 19:00 GMT._

For this cycle, there are no votes related to protocol upgrades, and the Code of Conduct Council did not make any enforcement decisions. Consequently, there won’t be any proposals requiring delegate votes.
