Sorry for belated report. First of all, thank you for the proposal. We think that implementation of EIP-7212(or RIP 7212) is very crucial for all L2s. With Fjord Network Upgrade, Optimism aims to implement additional Brotli compression. And we think that this may create a difference with other L2s. As a result, we as the ITU Blockchain Delegation Committee support this proposal.
