The Super Root migration and OPCM hardening appear directionally sound. However, before mainnet execution, it would be helpful to publish a chain wise readiness dashboard, explicit rollback and incident response criteria, and post upgrade metrics for fault proof operations and withdrawal proving. Given that SUPER_PERMISSIONED games resolve immediately in favor of the defender, additional transparency around Guardian blacklisting and independent monitoring would strengthen community confidence.
