Hello all!

As we [announced on our discord channel](https://discord.com/channels/667044843901681675/1019310579984371842/1036691692708958289) #tooling-committee, we are requesting to add the following proposals to the [cycle 8 voting round](https://gov.optimism.io/t/voting-cycle-8-roundup/3742):

- [Agora](https://gov.optimism.io/t/review-gf-phase-1-proposal-agora/3752)
- [Ambire Wallet](https://gov.optimism.io/t/draft-gf-phase-1-proposal-ambire-wallet/3806)
- [DefiLlama](https://gov.optimism.io/t/review-gf-phase-1-proposal-defillama/3562)

This means that we are working on issuing recommendations for this cycle: Socket, EthernautDAO, Tally Ho, Messari, DefiLlama, Agora and Ambire Wallet.

Waiting for confirmation from governance controllers.
