Hi everyone!

Excited to apply to be a Reviewer as part of the Milestone and Metrics Council to continue advancing accountability on the deployment of funds as I’ve done for the last almost 2 years. I’m certain my experience with mixed methods (quant+qual) will enable us to improve the Collective’s measurement and delivery of an outstanding [builder experience](https://gov.optimism.io/t/season-6-grants-council-final-and-retrospective-report/9302/17#:~:text=I%E2%80%99d%20love%20to%20see%20us%20take%20an%20expanded%20view%20of%20builder%20satisfaction%20here.).

**Optimist Profile**

I have a long history of contributing meaningfully to the Collective, both to the [Citizens](https://gov.optimism.io/u/launamu/activity) and Token Holder House. You can read more about my consisten voting participation and feedback as a top 100 delegate [here](https://optimism.curiahub.xyz/delegate/launamu.eth), and learn more about my contributions as a Citizen in my [Optimist Profile LauNaMu](http://atlas.optimism.io/launamu)

**Please link to any contributions that demonstrate you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Charter for the Milestone and Metrics Reviewers:**

**Expertise:**

- I’ve consistently applied my expertise in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on outputs and outcomes to enhance the Optimism Collective—[evidenced](https://gov.optimism.io/t/season-7-cfc-membership/9131#:~:text=Design%20Research-,Evaluation%20Algorithms,-%40LauNaMu) by my selection to the Feedback Commission for Evaluation Algorithms in Season 7 due to past contributions.
- You can explore some of the [frameworks](https://www.notion.so/Impact-Evaluation-Framework-1bda7c3908c54d52ac4ef364251ef651) I’ve developed for evaluating a wide range of contributions to the Collective [here](https://www.notion.so/a60768062a2e4e5f8b4ea787e73d38b5?v=468228b4f651454aaf4296934a8a18bd), along with their real-world implementations [here](https://github.com/0xyNaMu/RetroPGF3List_Methodology/tree/ContributorTracks) and [here](https://mirror.xyz/launamu.eth/fFkhrGqjAYg5LT-PCdGFCdc7O-BOLLU45GEm72HdAYI).
- Before transitioning to Web3, I worked at Branch International and Revolut, where I led the creation and automation of processes to review, disburse, and monitor $1 million USD in weekly loan flows. I am confident this experience will be paramount to set up a smooth Grant disbursement process from the ground.
- Through my work with the [Grants Innovation Lab,](https://x.com/0xyNaMu/status/1838996094753116539) I’ve demonstrated extensive experience in evaluating, analyzing, and crafting reports on Grants Program outcomes in an actionable and verifiable manner.
