I believe the raised question is valid, but we should also explore ways in which bounty hunters (BHs) can justify investigating 600+ projects.
For most people, the obvious choices are what they have heard of and experienced. Therefore, a first-time participant’s project may have a high impact, but the challenge of discovery should be reduced beyond just lists.
