Multiple language projects should apply as a Single project

BanklessDAO is quite a topic among communities now. They split and apply their applications seperately even though they’re same project. Just like advertising, they also reach badgeholders’ eye balls so many time with this too.

How about next time original & translation must apply retroPGF as a single project.
And they can distribute reward within their projects themselves.

Many of project already apply as one. This is fairer and less work for badgeholders.
