Update on the results of the RetroPGF 3 review process. You can find an overview of the Round 3 application review process [here](https://gov.optimism.io/t/retropgf-3-application-review-process/6916). ## **Overview** In total, there were 1594 applicants for RetroPGF 3. Throughout the review process, 1,035 applicants were reported for violating the [RetroPGF 3 application rules](https://www.notion.so/RetroPGF-3-Application-Guidelines-6942e743b28e4cc1a53a5e7d781f2bf4?pvs=21). 41 badgeholders reviewed 1,066 reports (which included 31 multiple reports for individual projects). ### **Reported vs. unreported applicants in RetroPGF 3** ![Screenshot 2023-11-07 at 10.24.52](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/bc41dd/original/2X/8/888c2709c78d6d628cbcf223008022befafbf927.png) ## **Review Outcomes** ![Screenshot 2023-11-07 at 09.37.22](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/bc41dd/original/2X/e/e366f9ff85a261762e88dbae1df3d0e3dfd218df.png) In the first two rounds of [reviews](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1o1AZNEPiESrluvTEUBJgFqFWwI6G9xihGy3VL1ecNaQ/edit#gid=692135326), the outcomes are as follows: - Applicants removed: 967 (93.4% of reports submitted) - Applicants kept: 69 (6.6% of reports submitted) In total, following the first two rounds of reviews, there were 627 applicants to be included. During the appeals period, where any project removed in the initial round of reviews could request another review, we received 76 appeals.
