On-chain perp dexes have still barely taken any market share from off-chain ones. Having the best in class perp dex on Optimism is a reasonable way to draw in more users.
I am an Optimism delegate with sufficient voting power and I believe this proposal is ready to move to a vote.
This is a very interesting proposal. However, not allowing Ember to apply will stop new teams from taking this mission request on.

I think the amount is still quite high and have my doubts if it’s possible to fullfill this mission request by building something that would be acceptable and tick all boxes.
If they do though this would really give an edge to optimism so I am voting for it.
