Iām an Optimism delegate with >0.5% of the current votable token supply and I believe this proposal is ready to move to a Snapshot vote (not an endorsement of the proposal itself but that I think it is ready for voting). I had already reviewed a draft proposal where I gave initial feedback that suggested lowering the number of OP tokens requested which was updated.
