- Voting cycle #18 concluded: Upgrade Proposal passed. See here the missions that passed: [Voting Cycle Round Up #18](https://gov.optimism.io/t/voting-cycle-roundup-18/7630)
- Voting cycle #19 period starting on Thursday 29th.
- We had Roberto from Base talking about [Upgrade Proposal #5: Ecotone Network Upgrade](https://gov.optimism.io/t/upgrade-proposal-5-ecotone-network-upgrade/7669) and Diego from OP Labs with [Upgrade Proposal #6: Multi-Chain Prep (MCP) L1](https://gov.optimism.io/t/upgrade-proposal-6-multi-chain-prep-mcp-l1/7677).
  - Both upgrades already have 4 approvals and will be going to a vote.
  - Despite both upgrades happening at the same time there won’t be interaction between the two.

- RetroPGF Discussion:
  - Both foundations initiatives and from others are asking for feedback, all happening in the forums:

- Grants Discussion:
  - Currently featuring proposals to check everything is in order, moving to the first preliminary score tomorrow at 19:00 GMT.
  - Most of the proposals passed.
