Hello @optimism community 🔴👋 For those who don’t know me, I’m Lili, some friends call me Lili, others Lilian and some few @piurana\_inblock. I grew up in a small town in the north of Peru called Piura and for as long as I can remember, I have been involved in extracurricular activities since I was in school, which has awakened in me a great interest in social causes and community support. ✌🏼 Since I moved to Lima for work have been seeing the work of this magical girls in technology @womenbiz, I have felt great encouragement for them to trust me as a #delegate. It’s been a while…but 🥁🥁🥁 Here my recap about my participation on the Optimism governance path since I started in 2024. 🫶 - Badgholder RF6: As part of the Optimism governance decentralization experiment, I was part of the first generation of guest voters in the Governance tooling and infrastructure category, which allowed me to get to know even more closely the projects that are really making an impact in Optimism and to rate them according to their onchain results. Details [here](https://warpcast.com/optimism/0x7b68b05e). - GovNERD S6: I participated in the govnerd program path collaborating in the retro funding 5 and 6 in a participatory way in the promotion of each retro in the forum, answering questions and answers from the builders and also recording a video of the step by step to apply. Hey optimistics!! 🌞 Because I like attestations and I want to implement everything on-chain in my daily life. So we can have all the evidence of our voting organized and at hand. Also, it can be used from delegates to delegators so that they know the voting summary by cycles/season. **New Experiment in Optimism: Futarchy in Action** 🚀 Hi everyone, it’s Lili here! ☀ I’d like to share an opportunity to be part of the new OP experiment! 🕶 Optimism is launching a new experiment to make grant allocation more **objective and impact-driven**. This model, inspired by **Futarchy** , allows the community to predict which DeFi protocols will grow the most, directly influencing funding distribution. **1M OP in grants** will be allocated to 10 Superchain protocols: **5 protocols chosen by the community** through predictions. **5 protocols selected by the OP Grants Council**. As a **Forecaster** , you’ll analyze projects, predict their TVL growth, and if your predictions are accurate, **earn OP rewards**.
