1. Voting for the Bedrock protocol upgrade has been [delayed](https://discord.com/channels/667044843901681675/968498307913637919/1075885708587319437) until Cycle 11 (voting period begins March 23).
2. [RetroPGF2](https://gov.optimism.io/t/nominations-for-retropgf2/4636) nominated projects (still) have until February 21st to opt-in.
