Preliminary analysis results were shared in my previous post here: Optimism Quest Retrospect and Future Direction.
We will continuously share the results of our analysis during the six months. We are opting to do a longitudinal observation on the effects and we think observation period of longer than three-six months would be optimal. With that period, we can also observe results from next iterations of incentive programs.
If the Optimism community think six months is too long, we can adjust the period to be three months.
