Retro Funding 6: Voting Rational Thread *optional*

Hey everyone, After some discussion in the Joint House call I wanted to make this thread as a place for people to share their voting rational. This can be for round sizing, category weighting, or breakdowns on individual projects. Hoping that it can be a centralized place that is a little bit easier to read than the telegram chats.
