Application is open-source Github, audited and has unique value proposition($OP as collateral and still retain the voting right).
Although requested fund will be diluted to support the development, with reference to Governance Update #4, this committee believe that proposal has potential of draw new user to Optimism and could help with dropping number of OP token in governance participation too.
