In Voting Cycle #27 and #28, the ACC did not vote on any proposals, as there were no upgrade proposals that were being voted on during these voting cycles. The ACC discussed the [Accelerated Decentralization Proposal For Optimism](https://gov.optimism.io/t/accelerated-decentralization-proposal-for-optimism/8875) with its Delegate Members, GFX Labs representative and Foundation, and decided that at this stage, the ACC would not vote directly on the proposal.
